Zhí Mǎn Táng - 黒石市

The restaurant has a lively atmosphere with energetic male staff. The most popular dish is the fragrant miso ramen. Today, I tried the spicy miso ramen for 780 yen. I ordered it at the second level of spiciness, called "tagekare". I also added a mini pork fried rice for 350 yen. The dishes were prepared quickly and efficiently. The spicy miso ramen had a subtle sweetness at first, followed by a gradually building spiciness that was addictive rather than overwhelmingly hot. The fried rice was also flavorful and well-done, but the portion size was a bit small for the price. Overall, it was a good meal, but they may want to consider improving the design of the dishes and increasing the portion size to earn a 5-star rating.

I saw this restaurant on TV and was interested, so I decided to visit! I tried the soy milk miso ramen and gyoza. The ramen was a bit salty, but it was creamy and delicious. The gyoza was chewy with a refreshing shiso flavor and a nice crunch. I would love to come back and eat the gyoza again.

Over the past few years, I have been exploring ramen in the Tsugaru region. When it comes to miso ramen, I feel that this restaurant serves the most delicious one. The service from the staff was impeccable, and I felt like they were the most accommodating. I once considered leasing or purchasing the building for a different business about 10 years ago, although it never materialized. However, seeing a wonderful restaurant open there afterwards made me inexplicably happy. Due to various circumstances, I have lost my connection with this town, but I am glad I could encounter such amazing flavors before parting ways.

アスパラ味噌ラーメンが美味しかった。白味噌で少し甘い感じがしたけど絶品です。アスパラは期間限定らしいので春頃を目指して行ってみれば宜しいかと。 店主は有名人らしくて喋り好き、話好きの人は楽しいかもね

黒石納豆味噌ラーメン食べました。 納豆は大粒で、麺は中太でちぢれてます。スープは鳥白湯をベースにしていて優しい味わいです。ゴボウのフライはカリカリしてました。決して量は多くないけど、なんだかお腹一杯になりました。美味しかったです！
