Feedback gevenThis soba restaurant, which is also featured in guidebooks, is a precious find in Tsushima, where dining out opportunities are extremely limited outside of the Imari area. Access is difficult without a car, but the taste is excellent.
I had zarusoba. Tsushima is a remote island with a mountainous terrain, and when you travel through the north-south highway, you feel like you are traveling through the mountains without seeing the sea. Knowing this terrain, you can understand that Tsushima soba and shiitake mushrooms are local specialties. There are limited dining options outside of some populated areas, so it is not easy to have a casual meal. There are a few shops on the island where you can try the famous Tsushima soba, and this shop is one of those few. I had Tsushima soba made with 100% locally grown buckwheat. The freshly made noodles were very elastic and had a sweetness that increased with every bite, making it very delicious. The broth was made with the locally grown Tsushima shiitake mushrooms, and it had a sharp, Kanto-style soup base that was very satisfying.
This is a renowned soba restaurant in Sasu. They use soba that is commonly grown in the Sasu and Shiine areas. The Tsu State soba has a rectangular cross-section, which is different from regular soba. It has a smooth texture and is very delicious. The broth at this restaurant is also very tasty, so the local chicken soba is highly recommended. In addition, the iriyaki soba is also filled with plenty of vegetables and is recommended like a 4 Champon.
いつもはせんそばを頂いています。今回は売り切れでお蕎麦を頂きました。地鶏は本当に良いお味ですね。 以前よりお蕎麦も上手に手打ちされていて、蕎麦とお出汁のバランスがとても良くなっていました。新鮮なお野菜をふんだんに使って頂けるとお出汁がまろやになって、 もっと良いと思います。 ご馳走さまでした。あ、唐揚げは安定の美味しさです。お蕎麦の単品にオススメされてみてはいかがでしょうか?
対州そばランチで頂きました! コロナ対策もバッチリ! しっかり蕎麦の味がしました デザートに頼んだ蕎麦がき黒蜜味最高 超美味しかった!旅の疲れも取れそうでした。 一つテーブルがべたべたしてたので 重曹水で拭くのをおすすめしてきました!大きなお世話だけど・・・
