If you haven't tried the Cantonese noodles, Tianjin noodles, or the five-ingredient soba yet, you should give them a try.
Ramen + Half Fried Rice (800 yen) (Half Chanramen) The menu did not have half fried rice listed, but they kindly accepted the order! Both dishes had a very nostalgic taste. Truly feels like a local Chinese restaurant!! It's definitely something that could become addictive.
I visited the restaurant at the end of December 2021. The fried rice here is very delicious, and the miso ramen is also tasty. I came back in October aiming for the fried rice again. Despite containing only egg and chashu, it was really delicious. The gyoza has plenty of garlic and is delicious. My first visit was in September 2020. I was recommended the fried rice, and from the atmosphere, I could feel the history of this establishment. After looking through the menu at my table, I ordered the fried rice (700 yen) of course. It had simple ingredients and looked ordinary, but as soon as I took a bite, I found it incredibly delicious. It was fluffy and light in flavor. A big hit. I have to recommend this. I finished it in no time. The soup was also tasty. Next time, I have to order the large portion. By the way, when I glanced into the kitchen while waiting, I saw that the one cooking was actually an old lady. Amazing. It seems like this place is run by three women. Not related to the food, but I would like them to consider having separate smoking and non-smoking sections. Considering the price of the ramen at 550 yen, the fried rice might be a bit expensive. But it's delicious, so it's okay. I noticed that a regular customer who came in later ordered a Hanchan Ramen that wasn't on the menu, so they must also offer set meals. The price is unknown, but a rough calculation suggests around 900 yen. It's been a while since I've hit the spot like this.
