This izakaya primarily uses local ingredients in their dishes. The menu is extensive and it's hard to decide what to order! The green onion and egg omelette was delicious, with a great dashi flavor and a fluffy texture. Everything we ordered was a hit, from rice dishes to tempura made with local mountain vegetables and seasonal vegetables. The High Collar Donburi made with fresh mackerel was also amazing. Whether it's grilled dishes, fried foods, sashimi, salads, or regional specialties, there are so many options that it's hard to choose. I want to keep coming back to try everything on the menu! The staff are friendly and the food and service are satisfying.
