Yù Shí Shì Chǔ あしずり

I visited this restaurant to try the fresh mackerel. I had made a reservation in advance for the grilled mackerel sushi. On the day of my visit, I ordered the mackerel sashimi set and the mackerel tataki set. The flavors were exceptional, with a burst of umami from the first bite. The tataki had a more refined taste. The grilled mackerel sushi was also superb. I can no longer consider the supermarket version as grilled mackerel sushi. Everything was delicious, and I will definitely come back. I stopped by because I wanted to eat fresh mackerel. Unfortunately, it seems that mackerel is in short supply, so the mackerel menu was suspended on that day. I was able to eat a small amount of mackerel sashimi set, and it was delicious. The other tuna and sea bream were quite ordinary. The grilled mackerel sushi had a texture that melted and disappeared in the mouth. It's quite fatty, so it might be better to share it with a few people.

I visited the restaurant wanting to eat fresh mackerel sashimi. Unfortunately, they had a limited supply of mackerel that day and did not have mackerel sashimi set, only offering a regular sashimi set instead. I visited around 11:50 on a weekday and was able to enter without waiting in line. The mackerel was incredibly fresh and delicious, unlike any I had tasted before. I also tried the grilled eel dish, which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and very flavorful.

新鮮な土佐清水の食材を楽しめる食堂です。 サバの仕入れ量によって、サバメインの料理が頼めないこともあるらしいので、注意が必要です。 自分が行った日は、仕入れ量が少なかったですが運よく食べれることができましたが、コリコリしててとてもおいしかったです。

清水さばの仕入れがあまり無かったらしく食べれないか？と思われましたが刺身定食に少しいれて提供してくれました。 非常に美味しかったです。 その日は１番に並んでいたのですが、２番目の家族が我先にと店員を呼びつけて注文をし、更に提供もその家族が先でした。 その部分の配慮がいただけなかったのは残念だなと思うポイントでした。
