Chá Fáng Zhú の Zi - 和束町

The matcha seems to be ground in a stone mill inside the store. When I visited, it appeared that the stone mill had been washed and was drying, so it was not in use. The sweet matcha desserts may not be to everyone's liking. However, I personally enjoy the sweetness and aroma of matcha, so the matcha soft serve here was right up my alley. Karigane is a refreshing blend of blue color and the sweetness of Uji tea, with a distinct umami flavor typical of Uji tea. It reminded me of the tea my grandmother used to roast for me when I was a child. It's a delicious tea that combines the sweetness and freshness of traditional Uji tea. The seating inside the restaurant consists of table seating as soon as you enter, with additional counter seating and one table to the left, allowing for ample social distancing. There is also a space for selling tea and other items towards the back on the left side. The parking space accommodates about 2-3 cars in front of the store. Upon a return visit, the stone mill was in operation. Today, I tried the "Yamazuki" named after the shop. I felt that the flavor, aroma, and richness were strong, emphasizing the characteristics of sencha tea. For those who are not familiar with Japanese tea, this tea may help them understand the characteristics of sencha better.

This is a tea cafe. Moreover, because it is directly from a tea leaf farmer, the taste and aroma are delicious! Even with high-quality tea leaves, it's almost the price of a one coin! I didn't know the best way to drink it, so I left it to the shop and enjoyed the tea. I was pleased that I could get free hot water to refill, and it was amazing! The taste doesn't just get weaker with each cup, it changes! Please try it with your own taste buds! The matcha soft cream also has tea powder directly in it, so it's fundamentally different from other matcha flavors. Be sure to try it.

ほうじ茶ソフトクリーム（税込450円）がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったもちろん抹茶ソフトクリームも美味しかったです。 駐車場も広くて停めやすい。こちらに駐車させて頂き、近くの茶畑を少し散歩しました。 お店の方も親切でした。また食べに行きます！

ツーリングによって行くのにオススメです。 抹茶ソフトクリームが本当に美味しいです。
