Not only the taste of the soba, but also the view of the garden adds to the enjoyable atmosphere, reminiscent of the morning drama "Chimudondon". The photos show the bright colors of the African native "Senkou Hanabi" and "Croton". The red stands out in the green garden. Walking through the garden, you can hear the pleasant sound of coral and pebbles on the beach. It fully pleases the taste, sight, hearing, and heart of those who visit. I will definitely come back next month!
We arrived a little past 12:00! There were already people inside! Maybe they don't actually open at 12:00? The people who came after us were turned away, so it seems like we were the last ones they could accommodate. It was a close call, haha. It seems like they prioritize reservations. Since there were a lot of group reservations, maybe they only take reservations for groups? Perhaps they only accept reservations from people they know? In any case, I recommend making a reservation just to be safe! We ordered the spicy bean sprout soba. It had plenty of bean sprouts and was delicious! It tasted completely different from the pork soba I usually eat. It's more like ramen, I would say. The other person ordered the miso bean sprout soba, but the spicy bean sprout soba was better! It's really spicy, so I recommend it to those who can handle the heat!
I tried a spicy miso dish made with Kumejima bean sprouts, which was a bit different from the usual Okinawan soba. It was delicious, although it made me sweat like a waterfall due to its spiciness. The owner's hospitality was also very pleasant.
