The restaurant is located in a mountainous area and offers a spacious seating area. The soba noodles are made in-house and have a firm texture, served with a flavorful soba broth on the side for you to adjust to your liking. The atmosphere is serene, surrounded by mountains and offering a view of the changing seasons from inside. The traditional Japanese decor adds to the relaxing ambience of the restaurant.
This is a soba restaurant that I always stop by when I go to Nose. Please be aware of crowded times as there is not much parking available. There are a few parking spots in front of the store for small cars, and a few spaces next to the store as well. As a measure against infectious diseases, acrylic boards are installed on the tables. The tables are long, so if there are two people, they sit side by side, and another customer sits on the opposite side. It seems that the people who seemed to be there for a Buddhist memorial service went to the back, so the back may be a spacious tatami room. I can't see anything in the back at all. As for the food, it feels like a very ordinary soba restaurant. There is nothing particularly memorable about it. The time from ordering to the food being served was quick, so that was good.
I ordered the soba set meal, and it was delicious with small side dishes, sushi, tempura, pickled vegetables, and a great taste. The soba noodles were thin and made of 100% buckwheat, providing a satisfying chewiness and delicious flavor.
天丼とお蕎麦をいただきました。お味は比較的に濃いめですが美味しかったです。 ※入口のドアは【手動】です。
十割そばで、とても美味しいです。 是非ご賞味を。近くに掛け流しの温泉もあります。
