Amazing food , great service and a view out of this world

Great location but was expecting better from the bistro

Great spacious venue overlooking the Parramatta River. My favourite venue for group lunches at the Water Grill. Great foods. Great service and friendly staff. Great views.

The hopeful and sunset are spectacular. the parking lot is excellent. but I must say that my garnel and crawling role was disappointed. the roll was punctual and the filling was cheap. tiny prawns and I couldn't say if there were crabs in it. it seemed like chips on each plate. so they go after the view, but nothing else.

I visit this venue regularly and was always satisfied with the friendly service, pleasant eating and stunning environment. Today, however, was a surprising disappointment. we brought an Interstate visitor to lunch here. it was an embarrassing experience. I think it could be time for new decisions on the menu. a table close to us sat long with means of living and telling of past customers. when a waiter gave us, I asked for something in the menu. He replied that he was out of the bar and could not help. I'd have to ask someone who serves food. we ordered our drinks at the bar with a very grim young barman. short and abrupt service without interaction. I have never experienced such an indifference from any person here. at the order of desserts an derke the woman was not kind at all. we had two separate orders for a certain dessert and after the payment for both observed the second last to be sold to someone else. When I brought it to attention, everything I got was a curse 'Sorry'.The only person who greeted us with a smile was the beautiful receptor and she was so pleasant when we left. I thanked her and explained that she was the only happy person we had experienced.
