The Canadian Brewhouse & Grill

The food was tasty overall, but the chicken parm sandwich was just okay. The taco bowl and quesadillas were delicious. The restaurant has plenty of TVs for sports fans, and the ambience is pleasant.

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with the service. I was puzzled by the fact that staff members were winning raffle prizes instead of customers. When I returned a few days later, I was not greeted or acknowledged for 5-10 minutes, and then told to choose a seat. I sat at the bar for another 10-15 minutes without anyone even saying hello or offering an apology. When I inquired about the wait time for new customers to be acknowledged, it took so long to get someone's attention that two couples and a group had already left without service. I decided to leave as well and went to Milestones next door, where I was immediately greeted. Improvements are needed at this restaurant.

My party and I visited this restaurant for dinner while in town for a geocaching event. The food was decent and the service was satisfactory. There was nothing particularly exceptional about the experience. Unfortunately, they were out of brisket poutine so I had to settle for a different version. It was okay, but I would have preferred the brisket. I found the beer selection to be lacking in comparison to what I am used to in the US.

Servers dress highly inappropriately, Lexi's breasts were hanging out of her top her nipple almost was out. Not exactly great, as young families and children come here. Servers are highly unprofessional and very lazy. During downtime, they all crowd to the corner and gossip with each other like little high school children. They are so lazy they wouldn't even change toilet paper or the paper towel if you asked. The bartender Sarah is miserable and has no communication skills. Overall, I would not recommend this place. The servers are very young, immature, and lazy. And think that having their breasts on display will make up for their poor service.
