Starbucks - Acton

I started to go to the Acton Starbucks site more often than the surrounding shops were closed earlier. I find the shop to be the most efficient and with the best tasting drinks. My only handle is the parking lot, which is very small, the mass of teenagers there at any time from 1 to 3:00 and the whole crossing. But that's not really a Starbucks problem. I also want to recognise that the majority of employees are young people. Today a family came to the store and one of their teenage daughters wore no mask. The head barista first asked the girl when she had a mask and the girl said no. Barista said that masks were needed and gave the teenager a mask. This teenager became rude and respectful when the Barista told her that she had to wear the mask, not hold the mask and even offered to show her how to put the mask properly (it is 2022, this boy knows how to wear a mask). After four times the teenage girl stole from the store. I appreciate Starbucks and the efforts of this Barista to keep everyone safe in these ambiguous times. And shame to the teenager's mother who had her daughter treat such an employee.

Staff is super friendly and not much of a wait when considering how busy it was!

Cosy place, the staff was quick to get our orders ready and answered my questions before the order.
