The restaurant offers authentic Louisiana meals at reasonable prices, with a very hospitable and friendly staff.

I ordered the red beans with chicken wings, with sides of macaroni and cheese and green beans, along with a slice of cornbread. The beans lacked seasoning, the chicken wings were small and didn't look fully developed, the macaroni and cheese lacked seasoning and appeared to be straight from a box. The only satisfactory dish was the green beans. I paid over $9 for this meal and found it to be terrible. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

I recently visited this charming neighborhood restaurant and was impressed by the pleasant decor and the friendly staff. I ordered lemon pepper wings to go and was informed they would be ready in 10 minutes. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere inside and regretted not having the time to dine in. The wings were hot and fresh, with a nice flavor. Although I typically prefer flats only, I received the entire wing which I'm not a fan of. However, the service was efficient, the prices were fair, and the overall flavor was good. I look forward to returning to sample other menu items.

I had high hopes for this restaurant for lunch, but unfortunately, my experience was not good. I went with some friends and they also had a similar negative experience. Seven items were already crossed off the menu. The food, particularly the wrap, club sandwich, and poboy, lacked flavor. The shrimp on the poboy were very small. The poboy was supposed to come with a remoulade sauce, but ours had mayo instead. They remembered to bring coleslaw for one of us, but it had clearly been sitting for a while and was dyed red from the purple cabbage. After prompting, they did bring a fresh coleslaw for one of the other orders, which was pretty good. The menu stated that fries were an extra $2, but our waiter refused to acknowledge this and instead insisted that all sides were $2.50. They were good at checking in on us, but it was a bit excessive as both our waiter and another waitress constantly asked how everything was going. Overall, the food lacked flavor and we were unimpressed.

The traditional Louisiana cuisine served at this restaurant is priced fairly for both lunch and dinner, and the staff is very friendly.
