Burgastronomy Hyde Park - Adelaide

I was extremely disappointed with the service at Burgastronomy Hyde Park. My friend had called ahead to order a burger before I arrived home from work, thinking that 20 minutes would be enough time. However, she ended up waiting for 23 minutes on the phone, listening to other customers being served in the background, before the server abruptly hung up on her. When she asked for an explanation, she was simply told that they were busy. When I arrived shortly after, I noticed that there were only 2 customers in the restaurant who had already finished their meal. I inquired with the manager, who was actually the same server who had dismissed my friend earlier, and instead of receiving a genuine apology, I was given a dismissive response.

I always enjoy the excellent food and service at this restaurant. I highly recommend trying their delicious burgers, especially the Trucker or Shroom with added beetroot and pickles - my personal favorite off the menu!

Amazing! The chef really knows how to make a great Double Cheeseburger and Hot Bacon Bird. Both dishes were rated 11/10. My wife absolutely loved the sweet potato chips!

Best burgers in town I'll say! My favourite is the hot one and the chips with chipotle BBQ sauce is amazing. The workers there are all friendly. It's a must go to place in adelaide.

I have been to burgerastronomy many times. i am in absolute love with their hot beacon bird burger. Food is always fresh and tasty and service is upto mark.
