Sumo Salad - Adelaide

If you are looking for a lettuce salad, this lunch is for you. I ordered the chicken pesto salad which had all of 3 slices/chunks of chicken in it, some cheese, loads of lettuce and 3small pieces of walnut (not sure if they were meant to be in it. The chicken was flavourless although the dressing was tasty. When the staff member was getting my salad I could see she was only collecting all of the greens without much toppings, I told her she needed to cut the salad like a pizza to ensure each serving gets enough topping. The staff member just stared at me without any comment. I won't be returning ever! Extremely bad customer service

Always handy place to get a healthy vegetarian meal Usually have lots of fresh ingredients in their salads & service is obviously fast due salads being made up in regular batches

There are not many healthy options when buying lunch in the city and to be honest, I'm not usually into salads.

Sumo Salad promises so much and yet delivers so little.

I love to get me weekend lunch here. There are about ten ready made salads of various types to choose from, or you can construct your own, which is what I do. Just use the form they provide and tick off the things you want ... easy! It's all fresh and good. There's soups too. Service is always friendly and responsive. I'm a fan. Thank you.
