Feedback gevenIf I could put a zero I would I had to wait 10 mins before I even got seated then I get seated an it take another 15 before I could order then I order ask for bread still waiting for my bread about to be done with my meal I'm out on the road a lot when I want a good meal I aways stop at a Denny's but I will never stop here again they need better customer service skills if I was a secret shopper they would not pass I understand that El Paso Texas is mostly Hispanic but there are other races that come here also so don't just cater to the Spanish treat everyone equally money don't have no special race are color this Denny's needs lots of help when it comes to there customers service no one every came an asked me if I needed anything else I was just looked over made me feel some type of way because IM BLACK WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOCATION
Got here little after 4:30am for breakfast. Sat for 10 minutes before asked if I want something to drink. I'm the only person there. It's not busy. Im told there is no coffee made, and the cook is on a break. What a joke. Might as well just be closed. Total waste of what little time I have in the morning for breakfast.
The night cook puts too much seasoning on the food and ordered a steak medium well and they couldn’t get it right not even the second time, one of the worst cut of sirloin steak that I have ever had, I would not recommend eating here and I won’t be back in there again and will probably stop eating at all Denny’s restaurants
After being seated. Waited 25 mins only for no one to even take my order. A group a couple came in after got serviced within 2 minutes after seated… I left.
Kayla waitress give me a very good service and the Chef Ruben the best cook mhmhmh yummy
