I love this place! My parents used to take us when we were keiki. When I moved away from home it was the worst, I missed the food and that one waitress who's been there since forever, she was always so nice and always had the biggest smile! I recently went back, and everything was exactly the same, the food was still great as always, and aunty was still waiting tables. I love this place and I always look forward to going back!
I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did. Food was really good. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I’m definitely coming back here again.
Mouthwater. OMG! I really love the pastels from there! I get a hot and a normal... so good with the Bakalau salad! Hits the spot:
Hawaiian Puertorrican Pasteles. Four Coños! You could have five Coños, but they don't have a beer! At any rate you need to try their bacalao salad is a mixture of watercress, salad, onions, tomatoes and cold brewed cod with olive oil and vinegar. Okay, my mouth is watering. Then you have two choices the hot or regular pastel. I have the regular and then ask for their homemade chili sauce. They make Haupia (coconut tembleque) that is very good.
