It shouldn't take me 30+ minutes to find a Jamba bc you are too ignorant or lazy to have a directory. It's a nightmare. Maps doesn't tell you which building what stores and restaurants are at. Y'all need to have signs and electronic directories thattells people where everything is! Unacceptable! The restaurants aren't just in one food court. There are two different buildingsand a few different food courts and then on top of that there are restaurants scattered around the mall upstairs and down.Horrible organization
Had to wait 10 mins just to order paid $8 for my juice to get slammed on the counter with no napkins to hold the cup because it's cold ask for some but dude slammed it and walked off . Bad service at the jamba juice not ordering here next time.
Got a banana berry like I always do. But this time there was nothing smooth about it. It was basically chunks of ice and fruit. I had a whole blueberry at one point. I couldn't get half of it up the straw. I even saw that the guy who poured it didn't checkif it was blended, he wasn't even the guy that put it in the blender. I was waiting in the line for 15 mins, and it was only meas I waited for one of the 5 workers to take my order. Worst Jamba Juice ever.
Horrible. My orange dream with the boost energy wasn't mix well. The powder energy was all clumped up in my straw. The girl couldn't identify which types of energy booste helps with the mind and body.
