Food was ok. There is no magic about a raclette with ham... Steak was undercooked but the meat was ok. The bad points go for the unfriendly woman who served us food. Never met anyone so puchy...

Don’t waste your money here. The food could be done by any teenager and there is a old lady who treats everyone bad. She’s a perfect Buffon.

This place was awful, amongst the worst food and service I have ever encountered. The risotto was more like rice pudding, the fish soup awful, and all the food was cold. The waitress/ owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. Definitely avoid and spend your money elsewhere

I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to for this restaurant. If only I'd seen all the previous reviews beforehand I'd never have gone! Shame you can't give 0 rating. My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch here. We'd been to the fast food part of the restaurant two years ago and had a good experience so this year decided to eat in the main restaurant and have proper service. I ordered the lasagne and he ordered the penne pomodoro. When the food came we were disappointed with the pomodoro as it was literally pasta penne with a few very small tomatoes thrown in and that's it!! No sauce at all. I cut into my lasagne to find it was still frozen in the middle. I complained to the lady, who I assume was the owner, and she took it back to the kitchen. The chef came out and I said I didn't want another one as it had put me off so if they could just take the lasagne off the bill that will be fine. The lady came back with the bill. Nothing had been taken off! I complained and said I wasn't paying for a frozen meal and it needs to be taken off. She called the chef out in a rude tone who said it wasn't frozen, I was being picky and obviously didn't like it and if we don't pay he will call the police!!! I have never received this kind of service in my life. We had no option but to pay and since looking at other reviews afterwards I'm glad we did as others have had a similar experience and we got away lightly!! I've never complained about food before, I guess I've been lucky, and the one time I do I get threatened with police! This restaurant should be shut down and doesn't deserve anyone's custom! Absolutely disgusting service and French hospitality at it's worst! Something needs to be done because this chef/owner is getting away with it. He's ripping everyone off! Yes the decor is nice and inviting but please don't waste your money. Go elsewhere for some nice service and hot food! Never ever again

Very good restaurant. because of the fact that home it changes what you can usually find. The excellent savoyard fondue. a perfect welcome.
