KFC - Airdrie

The service at this restaurant was fantastic and the food arrived promptly. However, as I was leaving, the smell coming from the chicken indicated that it had been cooked in old oil. Typically, I only smell the delicious aroma of the chicken. Unfortunately, both the chicken and fries were greasy. When I called to inform them of my experience, they simply replied that the oil was fresh. On my 20-minute journey home, the chicken seemed to accumulate moisture, which made it and the fries even greasier. Looks like we'll be heading to Popeye's in the future.

We noticed a new location right across from the hotel we were staying at. The restaurant was clean, with all the tables spaced out and blocked off due to Covid regulations. The service was efficient and speedy.

Quick stop for quick snack. Prices continue to escalate over the years. Quality still good, however now an extra charge for every piece of white meat.

Just ran in to get something fast and wanted popcorn chicken. Price for 2 pieces of chicken is ridiculous, $6.19 for 2 pieces.

You can always expect a certain standard at KFC, and this particular location didn't disappoint. Imelda at the cash register really made our visit enjoyable with her friendly demeanor, big smile, and desire to please. We spent $23 for two people.
