Le St Charles - Ajaccio

The 5 stars are widely deserved! The waiter was impeccable, very attentive, with little care! We had a good time! The meal was delicious, I tasted dishes typical of Corsica both at meals and dessert! The corner is really nice, I recommend 10x this restaurant if you go to Ajaccio!

Typical Corsican dishes, excellent quality and at appropriate prices. The server was very attentive to its customers and warm. If I come back to Ajaccio, I'll come back of course! It's for me the best restaurant in Ajaccio.

Very good restaurant in a small street of Ajaccio, the paste with gambas is very good and very copyy, the menu at 23 euros is also and very copied. A nice discovery with a small care server.

The cuisine Corsica, Italian is authentic, the vegetables of sun bruschetta is simply succulent eggplant pepper parmesan tomato parmesan Presto, the linguine of the beautiful sea but I recommend the veal jump with olives polenta

Good restaurant on Ajaccio my favorite on those I could do in 1 week. Very good welcome the boss to the little care with the very friendly clientele and a great good meal the saute of veal with olives the meat was melting and the polenta excellent thanks for this good time and thanks to the chef for this meal
