Chili's Grill - Akron

The food was great. The chili was the best! Order the double bacon ranch burger with fries plus the bowl of chili. No ranch was on the burger! Informed the waiter, and had ranch on the side. My coffee cup was glued back together. At the handle. Look at the picture. Said something to the waiter. If the chip area was at a different location then the cup would have been discarded. It is rough times when a restaurant saves a bad. Still, the food was great and the restroom was clean!

First, I LOVE chilis, I have been going for 20+ years, but this particular Chili's need to close if they can no longer serve the customers. COVID aside, the parking lot was not even half full !! There is a decent staff size inside , however we have no been here OVER one hour, My daughter's Soup just arrived, the drink glasses have been Empty for half an hour despite repeatedly asking, NO manager in sight, many servers pass our table with the empty glasses set at the end of the table.I understand servers cannot be held responsible for a slow kitchen, but empty glasses and no chips is unacceptable. I believe in a tip is earned not owed !! I would never leave without tipping, but when I'm usually a 30% plus tipper, today i will struggle to leave 10 !!What a shame and the Manager should be embarrassed and retrained !I would rate the food, but we have none yet !!!!Food Update, 1hour 30 minutes later the food arrived, tortillas were crispy, the replaced them , Steamed veggies were raw, they replaced, overall food was average bust as expected.The manager appears to also be the chef, I'm sure that's the reason there was no floor presence. Our bill did get adjusted .Again, I like Chili's, I hope they fix the issues and remain open.

The bartender was great even if she was super busy and tripled! the south-western ice rolls were delicious as always! my buddy has the burger of alex he loved! the margarita of the month was delicious and I got santa stache raw! food: 5/5

The best of this chili must be the personal. they are so friendly here, they make them feel like home. we came with a group of 7, which contained 4 children. our server was great with everyone! that was delicious. orders from our group ranged from sirloin, borons and veggie fajitas, and several dings between. everyone enjoyed eating. vegetarian options: black bohnenburger, bohnen und veggie fajitas, various pages.

The best hamburger I ever tasted. tequila drinks were wonderful and the server were exquisite food: 5/5
