I NEVER RECEIVED MY JUICE ORDER. I called and the customer service informed me i should submit my order online. I did so and ordered a few smoothies to be delivered to my home 8 minutes away. I didnt receive an order after 2 days and called the number. No one picked up and i left a message. A day later, i called again and someone picked up. The individual informed that it takes up to 5 days to deliver the juices this was odd to me as i could have juices delivered from main squeeze in a matter of 40 minutes from across town. the individual also told me online orders take longer and phone orders are quicker which was counter to the advice my first contact phone call instructed me to do. I told the person on the phone that made no sense as it should be the same either way I only live 8 minutes away. the phone rep told me she would work on the order and have it delivered within 2 days. the juice NEVER made it to my house and I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. it has been over 2 weeks and my dispute is settled in my favor bc The fruit true never responded to my card companies dispute. The company never delivered any juice, never called me to update me on a status of delivery. this place is a scam.

Discovered this brand at the St. Helena Farmers Market. Delicious and eco-friendly!

The product is really good and I've purchased every time they decide to show up. I did not get credit for dropping off jars. Not a happy customer.

I give it a 2 because of my current customer service experience. When I first started buying their product a year ago it was the best customer service. Now I have had the most unpleasant experience with their current customer service rep, Christelle. I placed my special order without strawberries on Thursday June 25 and she said we can't deliver until Wednesday, July 1. Sadly to say, but I did not receive my order on July 1. I called in this morning, July 2, and left a message for the owner to call me. Guess who returns my call? Yes, Christelle! She tells me that orders are only delivered on Fridays. Mind you, this is the same lady I've communicated with from the beginning of my order. I really sad that I had this experience because their product is really good.

Very delicious! Our office staff had energy and positivity the day we ordered the smoothies for a mini event. Tossing out the processed breakroom food and subscribing for weekly deliveries for the team!
