Red Lobster Colonie - Albany

Our combi records were pretty good. cole Slav had much too much dressing. our waitress advised against ceaser salad and we noticed a nearby table with brown salat from her salat. shrimp scampi had a lot of garlic, garnel medium size. wein very expensive.

It was cold, the service was not available and too expensive. we will not be back and we were rewarding members and have often stopped working! was last night actually sick of raw, cold fish. when I told the waitress that she didn't do anything to solve the problem. never came back to fill our drinks or check us out. when we paid the sack, the appetizers and the salads were still on our table.

The call-for-function offered here in open table is useless. I love open table and I accuse red lobster. When we arrived, I was told that it was a 45-minute waiting time, but when I said I called, they said 25 minutes. it ended up 45 minutes. we just waited as if we just got in. the server tried very hard to worry about it and it was good. but we have appetizers and salads before we got flatware and serviettes, despite the demand for flatware. in all fairness the host would have given us flatware to begin with. eating was typical red lobster. they gave my stepson a birthday dessert, which was very nice.

You can't go wrong with the red lobster. we stopped a late lunch on Friday, and it wasn't as busy as we expected. we sat right away from the bretagne. shannon was server and it goes without saying that the seafood is excellent. wolf road companies can draw a quantity so they use this reservation option. we had a cozy standing, but there were also a few larger partied sitting at tables near us. meet friends, bring them the family or celebrate an event. a simple and familiar destination, plentiful parking and friendly staff keep people back recommended!

Open table menu was not accurate for what they had on their menu at the store. The food was not cooked correctly. They did not give me the full meal I paid for. The store is understaffed and can not keep up with who ordered what. There was an extremely long wait to get our food as well. It took them about 55minutes to get our food and I asked for a refill on my drink and the waiter did not give it to us. When we left the store there was no thank you for choosing our restaurant.
