Wendy's - Albany

I was in the microphone to order and waited 10 minutes before I could get my order. the young lady was not pleasant. drive into the first window to pay the cashier, said the dame that took her order, did not want to take my order. I politely smiled to the next window I saw the young lady look guilty. but I was greeted with a smile by the manager who made me forget that the 10min wait. it started bad, but ended great.

Cashier was super nice and service was excellent. Good was hot freshly made and took no time at all.

Wendy's sandwich wasn't the best. The chicken sandwich was dry and hard. It didn't have tomatoes on it. The fries was close to cold. I will never go back.

Discussing. Your employee of Wendy’s who was bragging on tampering with the food.She said she spits in sprite and puts period blood on extra ketchup orders. I feel like throwing up because my brothers literally ordered from Uber eats all the time . I’m worried about the heath and experience of your customers.

I visited this location yesterday. I ordered my normal Double with No Cheese, Large Fry Large Sweet Tea. When I arrived at the window to pay I asked the cashier if the ? we're hot? She immediately said we can drop you some fresh fries, just pull to the side and we will bring out your order. This entire process took approximately 5 minutes. When my food arrived everything was fresh and hot and the sweat tea was sweet. Great customer at this Wendy location yesterday.
