Today made order got to the window said their vanilla ice cream just stopped working to make a blizzard 02/25/2024 Then a few weeks ago man told me ice cream machine was broken and it's an ice cream place ?? Bekijk alle feedback.
Went to get Ice Cream at 9:15 and was told they had ran out OF ICE CREAM. Saw the girls standing around in the front room... Running out of ice cream is one thing, but running out because you wanted to clean early is another. It 's winter, people are not going for ice cream like they do in the summer. Happens often at this location.
Worst employees ever.They do not care.It’s always something like “our system is down “. Our ice cream machine are not workingPlease close up if you can’t do your job
It would be nice when you go out of your way to get something. Not having machines working.
Don't have ingredients to make blizzard, machine broken to different times, No ice cream WHAT!! WORST DQ in the state of NC.
I am giving a 2 star rating only because the service was good. The food was terrible. Could not eat either the chicken bites nor hotdog.. only saving grace was good service
