Taco John's - Albertville

We were the only 2 in the place and took over 15 mins for our food. I ordered a meat and potato combo. They just gave me a meat and cheese burrito. Ordered a steak burrito and was given chicken. Was on the road before we saw couldn't get it corrected. No surprise why they are all closing when it goes like this.

Food was good. But service was none existing. Everyone was gathered in the back talking and completely ignored the front. I believe I stood there for 5-10 minutes before I decided to order with my card on the kiosk.

I went here this morning for breakfast, ive been coming here for years, same exact order every time. Sausage potato ole scrambler with a side of salsa. Thats what I say everytime, ive never once had an issue until today when I get to pay for my food and get yelled at because they made me the burrito and not the bowl, apparently this is the third time this has happened today? Doesnt seem like a customer issue to me. The menu clearly saysPotato Ole ScramblerOrScrambler Breakfast Burrito.I will probably not be returning to this location for some time now, I dont appreciate getting yelled at for someone elses mistake.

Just don’t go here! It’s not worth the stop for cold food and drink poured into multiple cups cause their lids didn’t fit“Best they can do they say” while talking about customers loud enough you can hear. Payed way too much for the food and poor service I received.Could go on but Hopefully someone can pull it together here!

Steak street was good. Only thing is they used a cols flour tortilla not hot flour one.
