Just probably okay. Nothing special. We only had drinks so can't comment on food. There were plenty in eating. But we were told sit at table were other people were being served at the bar. Maybe they were regulars.

Came a few times for a nightcap while on vacation, it was very quiet this year due to the lack of visitors, but below, the less the service and atmosphere was fantastic. I can't comment on the food since we didn't eat here. the prices of drinks are very reasonable compared to other bars must say a great hallo and thanks to luciano we will see them again next year!

Excellent service from James and the rest of the serving staff. Super efficient, always attentive, always cleaning and clearing tables. Very clean and friendly bar, toilets are always clean and easy accessible . Food is delivered promptly and always looks delicious. Beer corner is an excellent daily choice to catch your breath, have a cold drink, either watch sports on tv or listen to music all while enjoying the Portuguese sunshine and being waited on by top class staff, well done to all the hardworking staff. Big shout out to Clarise for her excellent taste in music who provided a good selection over our months stay.

Have visited this bar on numerous occasions during our holiday in June 2023. While not all the staff are the friendliest, we must mention Alan who has looked after us every time we've been there. He even spent about 15 minutes searching on the television to find us an obscure League of Ireland match which was not even on terrestrial television. It was much appreciated! We ordered pizza while watching the match and it was as tasty as the pizza restaurant we'd visited the night before. The prices of the drinks are very fair and there is a wide variety of imported beers. The location, at the bottom of the escalator, is perfect for starting or ending your night. It is cool and breezy; ideal for the hot summer nights.
