Taco Bell - Albuquerque

The cash in the journey through was slow and required us to repeat our short order several times to get it. When we came to the register, we had to clarify what we wanted to eat for our tenderness, and then we had to turn around and go in to get the right sauces. then I came home and opened my chicken pliers box and they forgot my mac and cheese? I really wanted that mac and cheese. If the staff can not work better stone, they should find another job.

All of our food was cold at drive thru. Even drinks were flat.Food: 1/5

Went thru the drive thru order the Nashville chicken with mash potatoes instead of fry’s I made sure to get charged for the mashed potatoes, because I know they are a little slow she said it 3 times . I got home and they gave my fry’s so I had to drive back and she has the audacity to ask for my receipt when I didn’t even touch the food she took it back to the kitchen threw the fry’s and gave me a side of mash potatoes so now I’m stuck with cold chicken and a hard biscuit .very disappointed

Why do you guys advertise things you don 't have?! Workers are too lazy to make coffee so they say we don 't have coffee at this location if that 's the case take it off the menu!

If there’s anything you can count on about this Taco Bell is that no employee ever wants to come in and work during its closing hours. This place will not want to serve you at 10 o’clock or 11 o’clock even if it closes at 12 o’clock. Of all the fast food places in the area this is the one that no one will ever want to show up to work for the closing hours ever.
