We first came to.alcossebre in 2003 and on our first night ate at the Dos Hermanos restaurant on the front. For a variety of reasons and because of the many wonderful places in town we haven’t eaten there since. We weren’t sure where to have lunch and everywhere in town appeared very busy. As always Dos Hermanos appeared to be empty but they had lots of good shade so we popped in to give it a go. We had the menu Del Dia for €12. Our meal was magnificent and matched any in town. Husband chose melon and ham huge! I had the paella Valenciana. Packed with veg and meat. I then had the emperador and it was cooked perfectly. It wasn’t drowning in oil or over garlicked. The bread was fabulous lovely and warm! There were plenty of tables and shade and that suited us. Really no idea why this wonderful restaurant is generally empty when compared to the others in the prom. There is another seating area slightly away from the prom and that area was busy, but we enjoyed the wonderful view from the prom. The staff were friendly and efficient too. Would definitely recommend it and we will be back.
We have visited this restaurant many times over the five years we have been visiting Alcossebre. There are many fabulous restaurants in the resort but I feel that Dos Hermanas offers the best value for money. The menu del dia is only 12 euros 50 for three courses, with a bottle of wine, water, a lovely fresh salad and good coffee. The food is always of good quality and plentiful. The Valencian paella as a starter is superb! The thing that we like the most is the lovely atmosphere and fantastic and very friendly service. We visit here with our two children and the staff are always superb with them despite the heat and busy restaurant. I feel that we must mention two members of staff particularly, Yosairy and Ryder who always make us and our children feel so welcome and keep us returning.
A newcomer on the Paseo, Dos Hermanas is worth a visit; good price for good food. Great for coffee, tapas or lunch under the sun with a clear view of the blue sea.
Good product and quality ratio fantastic price. impeccable service, charming waitress and very professional
