The wings are always delicious at a Hooters! The beer was nice and cold too!

There a a technical issue with my order and literally 5 min before pick up (I was in the parlor already) I get an auto text saying it was cancelled. I spoke with a girl and then the manager who both were so kind (it seems it was a glitch of some type with the system and on Super Bowl Aunday) ... Apologized and they put a rush in for my order and then discounted my order for my trouble. We have all been there when tech lets us down but it was the fantastic customer service that made all the difference.

Empty restaurant and staff just too busy talking to take an order. Don't waste your time. Very lazy staff and poor management, obviously.

Great waitress. Ivy was a ROCKSTAR. Waited almost 45 minutes on food in a not half full restaurant. Still ok. Got my boneless wings and every single one was cold in the middle. Asked Ivy to take them back and have cook microwave them. She came back saying the cook said he was unable to warm them because i cut them open? He could remake them. He remade them in another 20 minute wait. I took them home because my party was finished eating by then. Smdh. The waitress was GREAT. Dining room was clean. I love Hooters wings, but next time I believe I will order anything else.

Attention Attention, Maryville folks! Hooters is going down hill! We called ahead to let the restaurant know we have a family dinner party of 9, at first we pulled in and the parking and not many cars in the parking lot. So, when we walked in and told the manager the amount in our party he acted freaked out and unable to accommodate our party. After several minutes of waiting in an overall dead dinner space, they attempted to seat us at a table meant for 6 and we had to be relocated to a different area. Once seated we had to wait for several minutes to give drink orders and had to wait a while for the drinks themself. Same for ordering and receiving food. When going to order pitchers of beer we were not informed immediately of the one pitcher per person of drinking age. Our party however was fine with following the rules but our server rudely questioned who was actually drinking the pitcher even though everyone who was drinking was of legal age and no where near intoxicated. The server then snitched to the manager, as if we where in the wrong, who then came off accusing but later ended up agreeing with us about how pitchers are meant to be shared, not drinken soley.The server was overall rude and had a distain attitude all night even upon being seated. While we know serving a larger party can be challenging. The server had minimal tables she needed constant help from both us and the manager on duty. We felt unwelcomed the entire time and as though we were being watched like we were not paying customers, trying our best to follow their rules. Overall bad service and experience , will not be returning.KAITLYNN WAITRESS
