Sonic Drive-in - Alcoa

Drive thru menu was too small and too far away from speaker to be readable. Had to leave and go to a parking spot interested.Parking spot order screen didn't work so cashier had to come out to my car to finish transaction.Delivery was very slow.Food was good once it arrived. Staff was friendly.

Waited 20 min for our online order we called the store to check on it and the women was rude and didn't even ask for the name to sure they have the right order but the lady that was running order out sure was new and was doing great and she was very sweet

We came through the drive through about 11:50 tonight after work. I didn’t catch her name but she was very nice and the food was the best we’ve gotten from any sonic. It was fresh and the slush had good flavor.

Server was clueless. Ordered a coke and a Coke Zero since I’m type 2. Server didn’t know and didn’t care by her demeanor which one was which. Burger was good, area clean.

These people are really nice, I don't eat fast food much but when I do it's sonic. I came today and I ordered a 6 piece mozerella stick and only got 5. The lady who I told this to brung me out another 6 pc to make up for it. Good
