I don't know how this place survives based on the reviews. We ordered in tonite and it was an overall disappointing experience. The carrot cake was dry, and didn't taste right. A double chocolate cheesecake was ordered, but apparently they were out and took it upon themselves to sub it with what looked like the oreo cheesecake. A big NO NO! You don't ever sub food items without the customer's approval. There's things like allergies to consider for one thing. Plus we don't appreciate paying for something we didn't order. We'll never deal with you people again. Portions have gotten smaller, prices higher, and now can't even count on good customer service or fresh food. I'd give you a zero rating if I could.

The so called Colossal Carrot Cake was tiny. I actually laughed when I opened the bag and saw the depressing little slice. Misleading and way overpriced. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very overpriced, I expected a larger slice for the price. So hard to find the place because it’s a Townhall, wouldn’t even have known where to pick up if someone in the reviews hadn’t mentioned it. The order was ready in 10 minutes. I had the chocolate cake and it tasted decent. I had asked for utensils but none were included. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
