White Spot Aldergrove

I am so sad to post this, something I never do, but Ordered the 2 PC fish and chips...basically was one PC cut into 2, very small. Chips portion was smaller than a pirate pack, little 2 oz portion of coleslaw, just thought there would be more. Side of gravy won't even cover the fries. Also ordered a burger, NO PICKLE,..the best part. I know not that big of a deal, but when you pay over 50 dollars you kind of except a bit more, yes it was take out, but thought it would be better. I have had better on BC Ferries and that is saying another. Sorry Aldergrove Whitespot, but you could do better. On an upper note service was great..

Waited and once a waitress identified our waitress, our waitress pretty much ignored us. Then a waiter comes over to get our order and basically blame us for the wait. Very unprofessional and a negative experience. I usually love white spot

Food was good once we got it. Our waitress was busy gossiping with the others just inside the kitchen complaining about this customer and their shifts.Kid-friendliness: The kids next to us got an amazing cool looking dinner

Very good ambience. Food traste good and follow the standards that we use to know. Their Wine menú is good.

Went to white spot for pirate pack day. It was 34 degrees outside and felt even hotter inside. There was zero air conditioning it seemed. That aside, the food showed up (which was insanely priced for the adults pirate packs even though you get the same amount of food as a childs), and the buns on the burger were hard and dry. The waitress who was very friendly still didn't provide anyone with napkins or utensils even after watching my 5 year old try to eat a Cesar salad with a wooden spoon that was provided. We finally had to ask for a fork and napkins cause they weren't provided either. Very disappointing experience
