Captain D's - Alexandria

The workers here are over and beyond! They make sure they eat properly, hot and tastes good. you have to wait a minute. but will make this place definitiw from now on a target. who owns it, but must get some cooler air for the employee workstation. the din in the side was really cool and comfortable. but it was unhappy to wait for order. I can only imagine how bad it was for her. I offered them to buy them a fan and bring him in. So whoever owns this place fixes it. they have some amazing employees who are polite, friendly and happy. despite the work a hot and **** job area! don't lose them.

I always stop at captain d’s when I am in alexandria because it is my absolute favorite place to eat! that always eat hot and fresh! the drinks are terrible, but eating is great and delicious!

The two ladies were awesome! the food was tasty and at the point! would like to visit again.

Management and owner of this site has changed for the worst. I used to be here with my family a few times in the month and was decent eating, but last weekend my family went to eat there and as soon as we went into us the negative feeling of the workers who they never wanted to do their job, they were rude and the person on the desk got our order wrong and then mark filled drinks and then gave us that we need to check out what is left because they did not get us

The staff and food were great!! That would get a 5 stars . My reason for one star is, this Captain D's is not ADA compliant. I could not get my sister in law in the door without a struggle. Remove the useless divider wall and make a double door access into the lobby. This is 2022 and this should not be an issue.
