Domino's Pizza - Alexandria

About 25-30 of the time they cannot deliver it reasonably on time. The last time it was an hour late. If they did not give me free coupons when they are late I would probably not be getting my business a second time, but I am a sucker for free.Vegetarian options: I do not know.

Best Domino’s in the area. Clean, on-time service, and super-friendly employees. Literally couldn’t be better!

I called to ask about an order that I had placed over half an hour ago previous to my call. I got a very rude response interrupting me mid-sentence about how I actually placed my order later (which is not true, the tracker confirms what I said) and then got hung up on without another word said. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

If i could give 0 stars i would. i just had the worst experience. the manager literally yelling at me on the phone. blaming me why his server went down with our card number. demanding cash losing his chill. on top of it, the customer service was obviously terrible, because we didn't even get our pizza. when the driver arrived, he also lost it with my husband demanding cash saying they didn't wanna run our cards. he threw the pizza back in his dirty car. we already had verified with our card company that it wasn't fraud they told us we could run it again and it would go thru.they were so rude. find a different domino's.

My go to location. Always greeted and pleasant as a carry out order. No one or business is perfect every time—but this one has been. And don't really care as how can a pizza order be messed up.
