Always a great value with the 2 for 25. Interestingly the sirloin steak was done perfectly. In fact, everything was cooked perfectly and in good portions. 6 stars for our server Rebecca who was so nice and friendly and kept checking on us. This branchis definitely a keeper!

There was a cricket cooked into my friend?s food. The server and manager were very nice and covered the meal and the other food at the table for free. But this is a big problem with food safety and quality control.

My girlfriend and I dined at this Chili's this evening, and it was a truly disappointing experience. We ordered two medium-rare steaks, but they arrived practically raw. I understand mistakes can happen, but after a long wait for the manager to address our concerns, he came over with a rather rude demeanor. He agreed to recook the steaks, but we had to wait again, and when the new ones finally arrived, they were just passable. To make matters worse, we noticed that they added charges for the recooked steaks to our bill without mentioning it. Additionally, my girlfriend's beer only arrived after we had finished our meal, and to top it all off, the skillet cookie we ordered was burnt. This will definitely be our last visit to Chili's; it seems like a recurring issue across their locations these days. I used to love Chili's, so I really hope they can turn things around. Make Chili's great again!

We had an excellent server who took fantastic care of us. For lunch, we enjoyed the bottomless soup, salad, and chips for just $8.99. What a great deal!

This is my family's favorite among the local Chili's restaurants. They consistently provide reasonable wait times for both seating and food, and the staff is generally friendly. Overall, it's a pleasant dining experience for families.
