Kfc - Allen

Well, I just went here, after a very exhausting day of the office bs, and waited 10 minutes, was not recognized, although she saw me waiting up there, she finally comes here, I begin to say my order only for her... there is no Koleslaw! I was in this store in Allen when they played nasty rap music with vulgar words.... So I wasn't here for a while... but I thought I would give it a chance because my family wanted it... but no customer was terrible... and no colleague... hope everyone else has a better experience.... but it won't be today. ...

In the late evening for a family dinner. The service manager was absolutely sweet and very polite. She made my waiting time for a fresh chicken. Thank you for your pleasant Demeanor even in the evening soothe and your moats together with your very nice staff feel welcome. Food: 5/5

When we came to the restaurant, the floor was chopped wet. It's easy for someone to slip. The person at the counter does not even bother to tell us that the frits are small and large. Ask her if I can get a mid-pommes, she just says no. No explanation. I even told the girl at the switch if they can put a sign where the floor is slippery and they just ignored me. Sorry to suck the service in this place. Restroom also stinks and dirty.

Local children in the HS use the bathrooms for smoking or something they should not be. The staff was completely oblivious and unwilling to take any action. Eating was fast food and would probably just pick up and go. Food: 3/5

Food is hit or miss at this location. They seem to run out of food, at least certain items anyway. Service is typically pretty great, though. I have not gone inside the building in quite a while, so I won't comment on the state of the building right now, except to say it looks fairly run down (inside). Therefore, my review is based only on drive-thru experiences.
