Luchini's Ice Cream Parlour - Allerdale

An afternoon treat of delicious ice cream with lots of flavours to choose from. Friendly staff too. We even bought a 1l tub to take home!

I came across this restaurant while exploring the town and was intrigued by their variety of flavors. I decided to try a one scoop of their coffee ice cream. Although the portion was small, it was more affordable compared to other ice cream shops and turned out to be the perfect amount. The coffee flavor was excellent and the texture was just right. It may not have been gelato, but it was still very delicious ice cream. I would gladly return for more.

We were lucky enough to happen upon the owner in one of his vans,in a lay by over looking one of the lakes! We had a really nice chat and of course an Ice Cream,which was very nice. We did find the shop in Keswick,but unfortunately there was a power cut in the whole area so couldn't sample the taste again however we will return!

This milkshake is absolutely fantastic, made with real ice cream just like the ones I used to enjoy as a child (many years ago!). It may take a few visits to try all the delicious flavors.

This ice cream shop is a must. One of those places where you go once, and next year you go again, and you recommend your friends to go as well when next they are up in Keswick. This is a great deal of their business the recommendation. And they are right. Ice Cream is excellent,Customer services is excellent and you cannot fault it
