I always get the steak on my burrito, it always has good flavor. Now they are putting taco seasoning in it and ruined the flavor.Food: 3/5

Workers had as much personality as a wet mop! I thought we would try it since we hadn't been there since they opened years ago. We didn't like it then and I can say we don't like it now. Work on customer service please.Food: 1/5

We really love coming to hot heads for the food…the only thing I will say that sucks is the fact that the employees always look miserable. Part of me always wants to say “you know you’re allowed to smile right?!”. I usually order in store because when you order online they screw your order up. The only thing I could say is just train your employees to offer better customer service and they rest will follow.

AWESOME. Our first experience at Hot Head Burritos in Alliance was amazing. Getting the food was fast and it tasted so good. Will definitely be coming back!
