Feedback
Feedback gevenThe food is good and the staff are friendly, but there is a suggestion to improve training so that customers are not pressured to eat more than they want. It can be upsetting when food goes to waste or when we are unable to enjoy what we prefer. For example, we may be too full from eating rotis or puris forcefully served, to try the rice. It is important to be friendly, but pushing customers to eat more than they want can be uncomfortable and some may feel insulted. Some customers may not be able to eat certain foods, such as sweets, and if leftovers are offered, it would be more courteous to take them back rather than waste them. To prevent wastage, employees should receive better training on not forcing customers to eat and serving items like bottle Lassi only upon customer request.
