The young women at the window was amazing im highly allergic to banana but wanted a chocolate shake i let her know an she cleaned the machine completely twice before even making mine an she was so sweet

Texas Tradition. Love their burgers and shakes. If you like Dr. Pepper, try the shake! And their catsup is awesome. Have had to ship it to relatives outside the state.

I live in memphis tennessee, but I drive to alvin txkouple paint the year to visit my family. we are always looking forward to a whataburger. on Sunday, 3rd april 2022 we order 3 burger and 1 jr. burger with fries and drinks. after waiting for 57 minutes in the drive the order was cold and wrong. it appeared when the burgers were made and rejected - returned by an earlier customer, but was used to fill my order. we threw them out. I am insulted! whataburger has announced that they open 2 new shops in the area of memphis, and I have always talked well about my experiences and the quality of eating and service to this day. very disappointed and concerned, but as I continue to have a fair opinion, I will involve this experience. I will not use this place again!

I do not know of its my local whataburger , or if others have the same issue. But service is typically fairly slow. The food is good and people are nice. Just wish it wouldn't take 10 min to get my food when I'm only second in line.

We waited an hour in the drive through for out order.. normally this spot it takes long and the wait time keeps getting longer by the visit. Today was ridiculous, over an hour in the drive through
