Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Americus

I was treated to a two-piece short thigh dinner with Cajun rice and a biscuit. The soda machine was out of soda due to its funny taste and the biscuit was forgettable, with no butter and it tasted like flower instead of flavor. The chicken was delicious, cooked just right and the skin was good and crunchy.

So I went to Popeyes with my sister and we ordered our food online through the app....The family meal which was $42.99 and a 2 PC All White....all together $56.14 to be exact to much for anything to be incorrect. I was pulled up, and when I got home which is less than 4 mins away.....I received dry, old chicken, my sides were old, the only thing that was hot was our fries. The biscuit looked like it was cooked yesterday. And this is not our first bad experience, but it ismy first time leaving a review. This company has not been here this long, we deserve a better experience than this.

We were there in the 5:00PM time slot. There was a sewage truck cleaning out their sewer. When U rolled down my window to order I almost threw up. Ask for sause, told it was in the bag, but not so. 2nd bad experience ????
