Carlos Quesadillas - Ames

Great mexican food truck. Used to have a location in the North Grand Mall, but they had to close. I personally love the *thick* burritos, that can stand up by themselves. My girlfriend wants to get steak tacos from them every weekend. Usually at the farmers market on Saturdays. Check out their facebook to see where they are.

Food is great. The service is quick and friendly. It’s a easy inexpensive stop when in the mall.

Decided to try this place while out shopping one day. What a pleasant surprise it was! The place is clean to start with. The order was placed and delivered quickly. The food was great! I even tried all their salsas which were really good too! The chips were a little too salty for my liking but overall, I would definitely get good from here again!

Great service, inexpensive, and overall very delicious. Would recommend!!!! I get the steak tacos everytime, never get tired of it.
