Country Corner - Anacortes

Anyone else been doubled charged, provided all requested documents, still no credit? Want to make sure this is not pattern.

It was good they closed the bar to hold us very welcoming the poached eggs were a bit over cooked but other than that food was delicious we enjoyed the new ownership...

So I had seen a friend's post about how good this place was, so I decided to try it ... well, it was ok. I had the cfs, and im sure it was just a frozen patty deep-fried, but most are . The gravey was just ok, too. The eggs were cooked the way I like, however, so there's that . The hash browns were crispy and not soggy, perfect for my runny eggs. Service was dare I say ok ... lol I think she was there alone and working about 10 tables at once, so I'm not gonna say anything other than I got what needed. Ok, so the price is high, but I get it. I'm old, and this ain't the 90s, and they need to make money, but man, breakfast used to be relatively cheap now, its dinner prices. I'm not sure I'd go back if I'm being real, but I can see why people like it, and you should try it to if you're in the neighborhood.

I was over charged and the man working the register said “no, you got seven items. I’ll show you the receipt” never showed the receipt and also over charged my cousin as well! I will never come back. There was a line and he just kept working through the next customer rather than addressing the issue.

Great breakfast joint. Been twice in the last month and the food and service was great. Quiet at 830-930am...
