Wilson Street Bar and Grill - Ancaster

I went there with a friend on a lunch break from work. I was pleased to realize that it was happy hour with half prize apps. I would not pay more than what I payed for the 2 plates we've got.I had read good reviews for the food there but I was not pleased with what I ate.I would Definitely go for a drink again tho!

WOW.... LOTS OF FOOD, GREAT PRICE and Allergy FRIENDLY!!!!!! They have daily date specials for both food and drinks. My husband has Celiac Disease and they made real Gluten Free wings for him that were amazing. The burgers were wonderful. The owner came by to speak to us. Everyone was so friendly!!!!!!! GREAT LOCAL PLACE TO EAT!

A great little place, good food, very reasonably priced and friendly/attentive service. I'd rather support a small, local business like this than go to a massive chain!

Decided to pop in to this new establishment on a whim for a quick drink before heading to a hockey game. They have a nice selection of beers on tap and the staff are really great. The place has a nice vibe. While we didn't eat this time, we took a look at the menu and will definitely be returning to try the food. I was particularly impressed they have a children's offering which isn't limited to chicken fingers and fries (though they do offer that too ).

We met some friends from out of town and this was a mid point. All four of us the Hamburg for lunch all with different sides. They offer a gluten free bun for no extra charge and the sides were no extra charge - really nice! Our waitress was very pleasant and the the food was good. They have a nice room upstairs for special events. We would return for sure...
