The food at this restaurant is always excellent and it is my favorite place to eat. However, on September 5, 2023, when I arrived at 8 o'clock, I was told to order immediately or I wouldn't be served. I ended up not receiving my soup and there was a $4.50 additional charge for some reason related to the time, which was confusing. I spent nearly $80 on four meal deals that were priced at $12.50 or less on the menu. While waiting in the lobby because we were told they closed at 8:30, all the lights in the building were turned off while I waited an additional 10 minutes for my food. This experience was terrible and it completely ruined the 20 years of amazing experiences I had previously enjoyed at this restaurant.
