Pizza Hut - Angleton

The pizza here is the best pizza in world and I’ve been to a lot of pizza shops and this by far the is the best one ever, I have been eating here my whole life and it makes my day the service here is impeccable and the Wings are heavenly and don’t get me started on the pizza the best pizza in any Pizza Hut restaurant I’ve been to. Me and mom have been going to the dining room to eat this amazing work of art that you call Pizza. So thank you for being my neighborhood Pizza Hut.

Driver lied ! Manager was rude! Calling the store was very long for them to answer.for me to get a solution I have to order again in less than 30 days.. NOT MY FIRST CHOICE EVER AGAIN, now let me enjoy my cold pizza and water cause the truck hasn't come yet so he just brought me what he wanted without a call and said they couldn't send a driver for 1 item they forgot to send. Not happy at all

Well, it 's been a while since I ordered from this pizza hut. I know I have to get something here in the future if I want to get everything I paid for. Please allow me to explain. I ordered two pizzas via the app, a large thin and crispy and a meat lover 's pan. When I opened the thin crust box, the pizza was disheveled to say the least. And, when I grabbed the edge of one piece and picked it up, it pointed to the ground. Definitely not crispy. I called the store to let them know what condition the pizza was in, and was given the choice of having a replacement sent, or a credit in the system. (Note that I paid CASH for this order, so they have my money, I can 't contact the bank to have the charge challenged) Then when the manager told me that they were having humidity problems that causes the pizzas to not be as crispy as usual. I asked her something like, so that means the pizza that they were going to send as a replacement was also going to be poor quality. I asked about this, and she said that she could slide it back in the oven but that would risk the toppings burning. So, I told her to credit my account (I may never claim it) and I said that I would get a proper pizza from Marco 's. I know, you 're asking at this point why did you order from the Hut in the first place? I have a guest that prefers them, and I 'm trying to be a good host. One last thought: I was stunned at the response, and thinking how irresponsible it is to continue selling food that they KNOW is of poor quality.

No complaints, fast delivery never an issue with ordering. Keep being an amazing.!

Placed an order in person only to have it lost in store. SMH ??‍
