Whataburger - Angleton

Drive thru window threw the food at us with the drinks in it and they spilled it all over inside a plastic bag. This is completely unacceptable. I have never had this happen in my life that I was handed a soda inside a plastic bag because they’re too lazy to even clean the outside of the container, put lid on it.

Insanely slow, I'm talking slow for a Whataburger but the food is fine.

It’s really not hard to have good customer service and to pay attention to details

Once again, this Whataburger location disappoints. This is the fourth time I 've had to cancel an Uber Eats or Door Dash order due to the hour+ long Wrapping up status. I understand you 're busy, and I don 't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but over an hour of Wrapping up is ridiculous. Get it together over there...

Parking lot is freaking nightmare. Food was a sad excuse for what it used to be and although some of the employees were nice the service was horrible. Took me going in at 30 minutes to get attention to my curbside service.
