The service was so terrible, eating never came after 2 hours. we decided to go early because eating hadn't come so long and the waitress didn't show any sympathy. the first and last time I will ever get into this restaurant. under personal and long wait for easy to make eat. could not offer a large party with service, although we had a reservation!

They claimed they had not made any open table reservations that we should not sit and that eating would take at least one hour. the waitress was also very rude.

I have booked reservations for a party of 10 days in advance via opentable and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, I said that I had reservations; instead of checking, they immediately said “we accept no reservations” and continued insisting. I showed them my reservation opentable confirmation; they did not even apologize for their mistake. Eating was okay, but the customer service was terrible.

They refused to sit me and my party, as they claim not to be held. even after I showed them the confirmation and spoke to the manager, she asked me to go aggressively. do not come here
