Ordering a drink at a bar shouldn't be complicated, but his service was lacking. Just be mindful of your tab, as there were some unexpected charges for extras.
This place does not operate like a real restaurant. The staff seems non-existent, and the management is definitely lacking. Save your hard-earned money; this experience is not worth it. We spent the entire morning pleading for water—not even asking for refills. It took over an hour for anyone to take our order. To make matters worse, we overheard the staff speaking poorly about us. It was such a ridiculous situation that we had no choice but to laugh it off, but since they encouraged us to leave a review, I'm happy to share my thoughts.
We took our family for Easter Brunch. Azure lost our reservation, misrepresented how much it would cost and where the brunch was going to be held. They put is in a reception room, not the actual restaurant. I had to walk my handicapped father all over the hotel because we were not seated in the restaurant as promised over the phone in advance.
